Refund and Returns Policy

At Amino Club LLC, we are committed to providing the highest quality research materials. Due to the highly sensitive nature of our products and the strict quality control standards we maintain, we have implemented the following Returns and Refund Policy.

1. General Return Policy

Because peptides are temperature-sensitive and highly susceptible to degradation or cross-contamination once they leave our controlled environment, we do not accept returns on any opened or tampered-with products. Once the seal is broken or the product leaves our chain of custody, it cannot be restocked or resold.

2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once you receive a tracking number, the order has been processed and cannot be canceled.

3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your order, you must contact us at clientservice@aminoclubllc.com within 48 hours of the package being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

• Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, as well as the original packaging.
• Upon verification, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.

4. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact our client service team to resolve any issues amicably before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed legally, and the customer will be permanently banned from the Amino Club.
