1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after receiving cleared payment. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship securely within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) and tracking updates to "In Transit," Amino Club LLC is no longer liable for the package.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim using your tracking number.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" that are subsequently stolen from your mailbox, parcel locker, or porch. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
The customer is strictly responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, undeliverable, or incomplete address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
